รายละเอียดงาน:

- บริหารต้นทุนในการทำงาน

- ดูแลการเปลี่ยน chiller, cooling tower และ water pump ในงานอาคารสูง และโรงงาน

- ควบคุมผู้รับเหมารายย่อยให้ปฏิบัติงานตามเป้าหมาย

- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:

- อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี

- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล

- มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการบริหารโครงการในธุุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำ chiller replacement จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีใบขับขี่ และมีรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล

Job Description:

- Controlling in construction costs.

- Responsibilities in high-rise buildings and factories for the replacement of chillers, cooling towers, and water pumps.

- Managing subcontractors to ensure they work in accordance with target goals.

- Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

- Aged between 25 - 35 years.

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experienced in construction project management with over 3 years in the construction business.

- Experienced with chiller replacement will be beneficial.

- Driver's license and a personal vehicle are required.
