Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Objective

To oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, and General Ledger (GL) functions, ensuring accurate reporting, effective financial planning, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee General Ledger (GL) operations and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with TFRS, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audits.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls.
• Coach and support finance team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Valid CPD license is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with strong exposure to GL, Financial Reporting, and FP&A.
• Audit firm experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of TFRS and Thai tax regulations.
• Good command of English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
