Job Objective
To drive key initiatives in organization development, talent growth, and employee experience by working closely with senior leadership to support the company’s ongoing evolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and people strategies
- Lead organization development (OD) initiatives, including structure, workforce alignment, and ways of working
- Drive culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing environment
- Design and implement talent and leadership development programs
- Oversee training and learning delivery to build organizational capabilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Support internal communication and change initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 7–12 years of experience in OD, L&D, or Talent Management
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in driving people initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
