Job Objective

To drive key initiatives in organization development, talent growth, and employee experience by working closely with senior leadership to support the company’s ongoing evolution.


Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and people strategies
  • Lead organization development (OD) initiatives, including structure, workforce alignment, and ways of working
  • Drive culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing environment
  • Design and implement talent and leadership development programs
  • Oversee training and learning delivery to build organizational capabilities
  • Manage and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Support internal communication and change initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment across the organization
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  • 7–12 years of experience in OD, L&D, or Talent Management
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in driving people initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
