Project Sales Engineer (Electrical)

Role Objective
To drive business growth in Data Center and Renewable Energy (Solar) EPC projects by developing new opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and delivering competitive technical and commercial proposals to win projects and build long-term customer relationships.

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities from both existing and potential customers, including gathering and analyzing customer requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
• Review, analyze, and understand customer requirements, including Technical Specifications, TORs, and RFQs, and coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Prepare, compile, and review bid and tender documents, including Technical Specifications, Clarification Lists, Scope Matrices, and other project-related documentation.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, solution presentations, and commercial presentations to customers, while supporting business negotiations and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and business opportunities in the Data Center and Renewable Energy industries to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and understand English technical documents, including Technical Specifications, TORs, and RFQs (TOEIC score of 700+).
• Knowledge or experience in Data Center, Renewable Energy, Power Distribution, or related engineering projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel for customer visits and project-related activities as required.
