BIM Modeler (MEP) – Open to foreigner

Workplace: Factory in WHA ESIE 2, Si Racha, Chonburi

• Use BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to create 3D models for MEP
• Add basic technical details like equipment, sizes, and materials into the model
• Work with mechanical engineers and team members to ensure the model meets project requirements
• Prepare drawings such as layouts and sections for construction use
• Complete assigned tasks on time with accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in construction project drafting (MEP)
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• English communication is required
•Highly responsible, enthusiastic about work, and a good team player
• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and analytical thinking skills
