To oversee the full spectrum of Finance and Accounting functions, including the preparation and closing of financial statements for Italthai’s subsidiaries (Construction and Trading companies)

• Finance & Accounting Operations
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Financial Statement Preparation and Closing
• Support for Auditors
• Process Improvement
• Collaboration and Communication to related third parties
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Age not over 35 years old
2. At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of Finance and Accounting functions, including the preparation and closing of financial statements
3. Experience in Trading and/or Construction industries is a plus
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
8. Proficiency in English communication (Writing & Reading)
