Responsibilities;-
- Drive business development and client acquisition for Electrical EPC projects.
- Identify and pursue project opportunities in Data Centers, Substations, and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project developers.
- Lead proposal and bidding processes to secure new contracts.
- Analyze industry trends to formulate market strategies and improve competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Project teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Not over 38, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within EPC (Electrical) projects.
- Strong network and proven success in winning large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- High level of self-motivation and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities;-
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 Sales Engineers and 9 Electrical Engineers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EGAT, PEA, MEA, and private sector clients
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Age between 30 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in selling HIGH VOLTAGE products and dealing with EGAT, PEA, and MEA is a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- **Professional English communication skills (especially speaking)
- Ability to travel to meet clients when required / Have own car and driver license
- Enjoys social gatherings, willing to attend client entertainment events after work (with the team), and comfortable with drinking alcohol

– Work closely with engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or technical roles (precision air conditioning is preferred)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys socializing and is open to casual drinking with clients as part of relationship building
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred
