Technical Support Engineer (Substation)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on technical and commercial matters.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales team, including preparation of proposals and quotations.
  • Review RFQ, ITB, TOR, specifications, and other related tender documents.
  • Clarify technical requirements and ensure effective communication between customers and internal engineering teams.
  • Provide technical consultation and present products or solutions to clients.
  • Support contract review, including commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all proposals and required documents are prepared accurately and submitted within deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Technical Support, O&M, or substation-related projects.
  • Experience in selling 115 kV electrical equipment will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Pleasant personality, service-minded attitude, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Marketing Communications Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Plan and manage communication projects from idea stage to final delivery (including budget and timeline control).
  • Manage content on company channels (website, social media, etc.) to ensure consistent brand image.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners (both local and regional).
  • Handle media activities and influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Respond to media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all communication materials align with company goals and brand direction.
  • Lead and supervise the team, provide guidance, and ensure quality of work.
  • Manage budgets for PR, corporate communications, and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative, proactive, and strong in writing and content creation.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced and multicultural environment (EPC industry experience is a plus).
  • Good time management and able to work independently.
  • Strong Thai communication skills (spoken and written) and good English proficiency.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of Adobe or design programs is an advantage.
