Responsibilities;-

  • Drive business development and client acquisition for Electrical EPC projects.
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities in Data Centers, Substations, and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project developers.
  • Lead proposal and bidding processes to secure new contracts.
  • Analyze industry trends to formulate market strategies and improve competitiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Project teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Not over 38, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within EPC (Electrical) projects.
  • Strong network and proven success in winning large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • High level of self-motivation and strategic thinking.

 Responsibilities;-

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 Sales Engineers and 9 Electrical Engineers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EGAT, PEA, MEA, and private sector clients
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and customer needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Age between 30 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in selling HIGH VOLTAGE products and dealing with EGAT, PEA, and MEA is a must
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • **Professional English communication skills (especially speaking)
  • Ability to travel to meet clients when required / Have own car and driver license
  • Enjoys social gatherings, willing to attend client entertainment events after work (with the team), and comfortable with drinking alcohol

– Identify and develop business opportunities in the assigned product category (Data Center, precision air conditioning or HVAC).

– Provide technical consultation and product presentations to clients.

– Build and maintain strong relationships through client visits and social engagements.

– Work closely with engineering and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.

– Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales or technical roles (precision air conditioning is preferred)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys socializing and is open to casual drinking with clients as part of relationship building
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred
