Assistant Sales Director

Job objectives;-

To drive our growth in the M&E trading and engineering service business — covering Data Center systems, Cleaning & Inspection Robotics, Substation Solutions, and Electrical Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets in M&E products and engineering services.
• Develop and execute business strategies for both product trading and project-based services (installation, test & commissioning, maintenance).
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients in industrial and data center sectors.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical and commercial support in proposal preparation and project presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to enhance company’s competitiveness.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E trading, project sales, or engineering business development.
• Strong understanding of engineering systems such as power distribution, automation, robotics, and data center infrastructure.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with hands-on approach.
• Good command of English.
