“Engineering works is a kind of project management that is very important in every process: reproduction, design, estimation, and bidding. Every process has a technical detail and working against time but remaining work quality.”

“PDCA” (Plan – Do – Check – Action) becomes a main working principle that he uses for work planning, To-Do list, and keep updated on your works. These things can be followed up work progress in real-time: daily, monthly, and weekly. These are resulted for working standards and keeping work in progress.

Even though P’Drop focuses on quality of work but he is a flexible work style and doesn't make too much pressure at work on his team. Moreover, he always gives feedback to his team constantly and his subordinate doesn’t afraid to take some advice from him. These things are guided to be a success on work in the same goal.
