MS. Wanakarn Limohpasmanee or “Meme”, in the position of procurement engineer. She is responsible for purchasing material to supply various types of major projects.
Her working styles are proactive and run into work. When the project is coming, she is always studying from the sources which are called “Master Schedule”. To perform purchasing tasks, are detailed and negotiate with the supplier to get compatible price and delivered on time.
However, the important processes: setting priority, thinking about impacts, and think to the others are reduce the gap of mistakes and it can be tracked working progress reliably.
If we ask about her performance with the chief, Meme has outstanding attitude, high accountability and she also never give up. To be a person who has a sense of ownership, she works step by step resulted in the best way. These characteristics are necessary for her to be a role model and create the greatest impact.
