คุณอดิเรก ปักเข็ม (AVP - Smart Energy) หรือที่น้อง ๆ ITE รู้จักกันในนาม “พี่อ๊ะ” ผู้ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการบริหารงานโครงการใหญ่ๆ หลายๆ โครงการ การันตีด้วยรางวัล Italthai Star Search ประจำปี 2019 ซึ่งมอบโดยคุณยุทธชัย จรณะจิตต์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารกลุ่ม Italthai Group ทั้งนี้ พี่อ๊ะได้ให้แนวทางในการทำงานว่า
“การรับมือกับงานโครงการขนาดใหญ่ เราต้องทำการบ้านโดยการศึกษาบริบทต่าง ๆ ของโครงการให้ดีเสียก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขสัญญา, ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงทำความรู้จักความต้องการของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ ข้อมูลจะต้องแน่น เมื่อคุณมีข้อมูลหรือทำการบ้านมาดี โอกาสที่งานจะประสบความสำเร็จเป็นไปได้สูงมาก แต่ในทางกลับกันถ้าคุณไม่ทำการบ้าน ไปแบบตัวเปล่าโอกาสที่จะทำให้คุณประสบความล้มเหลวก็สูงเหมือนกัน อีกทั้ง ทีมงานจะต้องช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน ไม่เพียงมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานของตัวเอง แต่ต้องรู้ถึงงานของผู้เกี่ยวข้องด้วย และท้ายที่สุดอุปสรรคมีมากแค่ไหน
ถ้าใจคุณสู้ ลงมือทำ งานมันก็สำเร็จ"

Nevertheless, the working principle of P’Ah is to handling sizable construction projects. He mentioned that “We have to review all of project details carefully such as: agreements, people in charge, and customer requirement.

The information related must be well-prepared, if your information enough or well-prepared, a chance to success will be high. On the other hand, if your information is not enough or not prepared, a chance to success will be highly failed.

Moreover, our team must be supported work each other. Do not know only scope of work yourself but we have to know the other’s work that related with us. Whatever difficulties we may face, if you are keep fighting and suddenly acting, the works are going to certainly succeed."
