Problem Solving and Improvement

1.	Survey and Study including single line diagram and equipment layout drawings, load research, voltage regulation ,power quality, fault analysis and failure investigation etc.
2.	Determine the optimum measures to improve the reliability, safety, capacity, and cost saving of the system such as : - Reselect the electricity rate (Normal, TOD ,TOU or 69/115 Kv) - The transformer reloading - Protection Co-ordination ,Relay Resetting - Resizing or Rerating of conductors and equipments - Planning and Budgeting for system maintenance and improvement.
