Type of employee : 1 year contract

Working Location : Yangon Site (Myanmar)
Available Position : 2 Positions (Site Manager (1), Senior Site Engineer (1))

Job Descriptions

• Supervisory skills in project management and delivering construction within timeline, budget and quality
• Accountable for site safety and environmental aspect
• Control the financial result of the project
• Prepare the overall construction program and resourcing planning
• Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
• Maintain project documentations and report project progress
• People management (control and motivate team) including administrative activities 

Qualifications

• Male or Female, Age over 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7 - 10 years Exp. in delivering construction project (warehouse, manufacture, etc.) or relevant 
• Exp. from construction site or contractor company is advantage 
• Available to move and work in Yangon, Myanmar
• Can work under pressure and easygoing to work as team.
