Each division and project of ITE has been ISO 9001:2000 certified and is accountable to the company’s management team by providing updates and status at monthly, quarterly and mid year management review meetings. The management team is responsible for developing and monitoring corporate standards, seeking opportunities for improvement, new technology and best practices to develop the company to be the leader in industry.
The Quality Manual (QM) is a key document that links the procedures and “how ITE does business on a daily basis” with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ITE’s STRUCTURE OF PROJECT QUALITY DOCUMENT shown after.
At the beginning of projects, ITE will customize the project execution process by setting up the Project Quality Plan (PQP) which includes all the quality procedures, form, work instruction, other supporting documents and key performance indicators (KPIs) or benchmarks to measure and evaluate the project’s performance.
In Project Quality Plan (PQP), the procedures, forms etc. may be a series of mandatory procedures that apply to all projects or may be the clients’ own sets of standards, our PQP has the flexibility to adapt a “fit-for-purpose” approach. This allows the projects to support client requirements while still meeting the minimum requirement of ITE’s quality system according to ISO9001:2000. |
